My first impression of this album is that it's full of music that is pensive and at times angry.  A closer listen reveals much more than that.  This album is full of complex emotions.  There are some early punk and grunge rock influences, and it happens to be my biggest musical influences, so I love this album.  It's like they took the best of their influences and blended them to make their own sound, and it works really well for them.  While I do enjoy this album, I think the big nothing is a band that you should really listen to live in order to get the full experience of their music.
